Project is programmed to support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and includes a 64,000 SF, 2-story Visitor’s Quarters with 120 guestrooms, business center and other related amenities (including food service); a 20,000 SF, 1-story Consolidated Club facility with 3 large banquet rooms, 2 meeting rooms, bars and supporting full-service food preparation kitchen facilities, and a 16,000 SF, 1-story Joint Operations Planning Facility providing an environment in which to conduct secure, classified briefings, planning sessions and other operational sensitive meetings.
