Lateral force resisting system: concrete shear wall; floor systems: post tensioned concrete slabs; foundation system: precast piling system. Unique design features: transfer floors and girders at various level for shear flow continuity between shear walls at different locations. Roof garden at level 15. Two story tall open spaces at various levels with two story tall meeting space at level 15.
