Julie Ebbighausen, E.I.
Julie Ebbighausen joined JDA in October of 2004. Prior to moving to Florida, Julie was employed as an Environmental Engineer with the US Department of Transportation in Cambridge, MA for 7 years. She obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
