JDA is performing the Special Inspections of the Phase II expansion of the Navy Federal Credit Union which includes;  Buildings 7 & 8 - both 441,000 sf steel framed office structures; Parking Decks 3 & 4 that are precast concrete framed and both 851,000 sf and the steel framed 154,000 sf Amenities Building.
