This is a 276,000 sf 9-story structure with concrete framing and post-tensioned flat plate floor framing, concrete columns and shearwalls. There is a structured pool on the second floor. Structural challenges include: Long spans and difficult layout of shearwalls. Structural Design was completed with REVIT 2015. This unique building design captures panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

“Josh has done a good job with the Vista del Mar Condominium. After much hard work to make the design as efficient as possible, the turning point was when Josh spent all that time calculating the total amount of steel, turning a huge change order add into a savings. That was an eye opener for the Owner and Contractor, and I greatly appreciate the work you guys put into that.”  -Forrest Daniell
