Ever'Man Natural Food StorePensacola, FL

This grocery store structure consited of a 5,800 SF addition and renovation to the existing 11,300 SF cooperative health food store as well as the renovation of an existing 2,300 SF building that was now serve's as the Community Room. Ever'Man required this project reflect their environmentally-conscious mission, and encouraged the design team to incorporate sustainable design practices. As a result, the project is designed and is being constructed to LEED Gold v3.0 standards for new construction and major renovations.

Approximately 45,000 sf commercial development in Wilmington, NC with an approximately 1700 sf façade structure. JDA was responsible for the engineering of the façade structure including the foundations, the structural steel framing, and the attachment of the structure back to the main building.

A-frames were strengthened with steel plates. New structural steel framing is provided for two story office building utilizing the strengthened A-frames.
