Weekly Bayou Dock RepairEglin AFB, FL

The purpose of this project was to repair and replace wood decking, beams and timber piles where required to restore the existing Weekly Bayou Dock, which had experienced significant deterioration, to a usable condition at Eglin Air Force Base.   The work included strengthening of a portion of the dock that was to support a 60,000 lb. crane with load capacity of 10,000 lbs. used to transfer cargo to and from vessels moored to the dock.
